Many games will show a video that shows off a bit of the gameplay when the title screen sits too long. Well, lots of games used to. But, since 3D Dot Game Heroes is essentially a throwback or an homage to certain old video games (largely Zelda, with references to others thrown in), it only makes sense that it would bring back the use of a demo reel.
